The experience I had from start to finish was smooth and efficient. Major and the team were wonderful to work with and they were honest, responsive to phone calls and messages and very hard working – I cannot recommend them enough.
They really looked after us and were patient, giving us honest advice which really helped put our minds at ease. They were also very realistic with their timeline, receptive to our ideas and clearly have the experience and knows what they’re doing.

Can’t recommend BBS enough. Did a complete back to brick refurb of my house including loft conversation and double storey extension. We lived in the house whilst work was carried out and the team couldn’t have been more respectful and always made sure utility’s were connected before they left. Honest and provided a high quality finish. Recommended.

I used BBS1 for a double story side extension. As well as refurbishment to existing house and garden. The project involved piling foundation, brick work, roofing, plumbing, rewiring house, tiling, underfloor heating, sound insulation, boiler installation, and smart home installation. From initall quotation stage, I was told the project will take 4 months to complete. BBS1 delivered on their promises. They were also very accommodating to requests and changes to the planned work. They were recommended to me by a neighbor who had previously used their services, and I have no regrets in using these guys.

I was extremely happy with the results. BBS1 builders were very reliable, professional and most of all excellent quality of workmanship.

The team at BBS1 were amazing.
I have used them twice now over the last 10 years.
1st time to completely refurbish a 1 bedroom flat and then the 2nd time for to rebuild my home where they did a double story side extension, a loft extension and a rear extension. The standard of work both times was of great quality and all staff were great to deal with.
Even now if I have any issues they come straight back and sort things out.

We chose BBS1 after a friend recommended them. They discussed our plans prior to starting to ensure they fully understood our vision and then made a start on the date as promised. I used BBS1 for completion of work within the household and for exterior work.

This included 6 meter kitchen extension, loft conversion, new shed and full house refurbishment. The house refurbishment consisted of, replastering, rewiring, new laminate flooring, new bathroom, underfloor heating and boiler insulation.

Outside of the house BBS1 constructed a shed in our garden and done a fantastic job with the brickwork for our new driveway. They laid out the paving in our garden in the style we wanted.

There were a few changes made in the middle of the project which they accommodated to flexibly. Their team were friendly and communicated well.

All work was completed as planned and on time. We would highly recommend using BBS1.

I am delighted with BBS1 Construction’s work, and would happily use them again. We commissioned them to extend and fully refurbish our ground floor; including new kitchen, WC, through-lounge, and garden annex.

I had a great experience using BBS1 Construction.

They done a double side and single rear extension along with a loft conversion. They also completely refurbished my existing property taking everything back to brick along with doing the garden and a new drive.

I am extremely happy with the finishing and service that I received and couldn’t recommend them enough. The quality of the work is done to a very high standard and no job is to big. They were always on hand to ensure any modifications that I had during the build were carried out and they would also give me recommendations as the project went along.

It was a big construction as it was a complete wrap around project which was going on whilst my family and I lived in the house. The build team were caring and ensured all the work was being done in a safe and effecient way.
